 Verified Doug was a great agent for us. When we first met, he was very accommodating to meet after work hours of myself and fiance. We had a nice meeting and he went to work right away with setting up a portal with our wants in our first home. He was always available when we had something to see and was very quick to set up showings for houses we were interested in. We were even able to get a last minute showing at a 7pm on a Sunday, which was very nice of him to go look at something so late in the evening. Eventually, once we put in an offer on a house (multiple offers of course in the market we were purchasing in), Doug was able to meet us to walk through the house again and helped up look around closely at the house for negotiating credits and what we should come back to the table with. We ended up getting the house and couldn't be happier with Doug's services. We will definitely be recommending him to any friends and family who are looking to buy or sell!

Everything was smooth and professionally executed. Even in a buyers market, I got through listing, selling, buying and moving in one month. Doug proposed the approach, he suggested items to improve my 42 year-old house for the market and he was right on. I was out of town a lot, and he stepped in to take care of things. Once the house was ready, we discussed the price for the competitive market. It was fast once the house was listed. As soon as we got a good contract for the house, making an offer for the condo was easy. Digital signatures made everything efficient nowadays. Whenever I had questions, Doug was helpful. He arranged for me to stay in the house for two days after settlement, so I could finalize the condo purchase and move the next day.
